This is an excellent cleaner for flexo printinginksand coatings

APPLICATION

Flexo printing:

It is used to clean anilox rollers, ink pumps and doctor blades through manuel and automatic cleaning machines.

For manuel usage:

Please drop a small amount of pure product ona clean washing clothe. wipe anilox roller surface with this wash clothe. after cleaning the roller with Nova Clean Flex, anilox roller can be rinsed by using a clean moisten linen cloth. lf there is dried ink on roller youcan apply pure product directly on roller and wash with water

Sheet fed printing:

It is used to clean water based varnish residues on anilox roller and doctor blades in varnishing units

It is used as dilut ed 1/20 with water in ink/varnish circulati on systems and doctor blades. it is circulated about 20 minutes then rinseby water
